Pear, chocolate chip and pecan muffins

Pear and chocolate, a tried-and-tested combination of flavors! Have you ever tried adding pecans? They'll add a little crunch to these easy-to-make, ultra-moist muffins.

Préparation

Prepare the muffin batter: mix the flour, sugar and baking powder in a bowl. Add the egg. Mix roughly, then pour in the milk and melted butter until you have a dough.

Peel and dice the pears.

Add the pears, chocolate chips and pecans to the batter. Divide the batter between muffin tins and slide into a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool on a wire rack and unmould.
