The kiwi season starts at the end of autumn in France! Which gives us some ideas for tasty recipes, especially for the holidays and New Year's Eve. Like this kiwi cheesecake, sweet and sour version! You can use different varieties, like green kiwi, or golden kiwi for a sweeter touch. You will love it!

Roughly crush the nuts, savoury biscuits, and butter in a mixing bowl. Mix them well together.

Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place 4 round 10-cm (4-inch) high cookie cutters on the sheet. Spread the mix into the bottom of the cookie cutter and press down firmly with the back of a spoon. Refrigerate.

Finely chop the chives. Whisk the fresh cheese with the cream. Add the chives and season with salt and pepper. Peel and cut the kiwis into thin slices.

Place a spoonful of fresh cheese mix on the cheesecake base and add two slices of kiwi. Repeat until you have used up all the ingredients.
Chill for at least one hour.

Remove the cookie cutters and top with a few mini kiwis.
