Corn dogs

Have you ever tried making corn dogs? Now's the time to try easy and really tasty recipe. Serve them piping hot with a mix of hot mustard and wholegrain mustard. Success guaranteed!

  • 140 gr
  • 120 gr
  • x 2
  • 11 gr
  • 1 liter

Mix the flours, baking powder, salt and pepper in a bowl. Add eggs, mix, then stir in milk.

Cut the sausages in half, then stick a wooden skewer into them.

Dip a sausage into the batter and coat well. Fry in a deep-fat fryer at 338 F°. Corn dogs are ready when golden brown.

Place on a plate lined with kitchen paper. Serve with mustards.
