Granola of spaetzle, walnuts and Vosges honey
Homemade granola is far better than commercial granola. It is a mixture of oat flakes, dried fruit, chocolate chips and seeds. The highlight: we replaced the chips and seeds with spaetzle! You have to come up with that first! Unlike muesli, granola is baked and therefore crunchy. It can be mixed with almost anything. We decided on "Sunday spaetzle" to surprise Sami, as these are traditionally reserved for festive dishes (on Sundays).
