Preparation

Tuck a piece of Société® Roquefort PDO into each pitted prune
2
Stretch bacon with the back of a knife, halve and roll around the prunes
3
Cut circles out of bread with a small biscuit cutter
4
Melt the butter and brush over tops of bread
5
Put on a baking sheet and grill until golden brown
6
Arrange on a serving plate
7
Grill the prunes until the bacon is crisp & arrange on the toasts
