Make the hamburg steaks. Sprinkle Guérande salt and pepper on the ground beef and pork, and knead well.

Add chopped onion and knead further.

Add breadcrumbs soaked in milk, egg and tofu and knead further.

Divide the mixture into four pieces, roll the pieces to remove air, and cook on both sides in a deep frying pan or pot.

Remove the hamburg steaks, and then stir-fry vegetables that have been cut into bite-sized pieces.

Add water, French vinegar and cube of consumme, and simmer until the vegetables are heated through.

Garnish with boiled broccoli or parsley to finish.
