Gather the ingredients.

Cut the sweet potatoes into long strips. Cut the Camembert cheese and tear it with your hands.

Put about 2inch of oil in a frying pan and heat it. When the temperature rises, add the sweet potatoes and fry for 5-6 minutes.

Remove from the pan, drain off the oil, place on a plate, top with Camembert cheese, drizzle with honey, and squeeze lemon over the top.
