Preparation

Cool your glass with a few ice cubes and pour the cucumber syrup into the bottom of the glass, about 1.5 cl

Add 2/3 cl of VDF Sauvignon Blanc

Top up your cocktail with 1/3 of Tonic Water

Stir vigorously to combine the flavour

To add even more flavour, why not dip in a nice slice of cucumber
