The French Epicerie & Wine Bar is back at Taste of London 2024!
For the fourth year in a row, Taste France is incredibly excited to be a part of Taste of London from 12 to 16 June 2024 in Regent’s Park!
Join us for five days of French food and wine feasting: shopping, tasting, discovering… A beautiful 150 sqm space dedicated to the best of French gastronomy, our French Epicerie & Wine Bar spreads over a gorgeous glasshouse and a beautiful sun-filled terrace. Here’s what to expect, come and say bonjour!
A French Epicerie & Wine Bar filled to the brim with French delicacies
For a chance to browse the best of French products, head straight to the French Epicerie deli. This chic farm shop – think warm cream and wooden tones meets graphic tiles – will be your one-stop destination for all things à la française to bring home.
🥓 Charcuterie: discover some of the 450 cured meat regional specialties France has on offer, in partnership with the French Charcuterie & Deli Trade board (FICT).
🧀 Cheese & all things dairy: Isigny Sainte-Mère independent dairy cooperative, from Normandy, will be there for you to sample and purchase the likes of a creamy camembert, a fruity mimolette, all styles of French butter and more. You will also be able to watch them churn butter in real life, and taste it at its freshest.
🥐 The sweetest things: family-owned French bakery Paul will satisfy all your croissant, pain au chocolat and pastry cravings.
🥂 Time for a drink: the French Wine Bar awaits! After all that walking, eating and sampling around the festival, our bar at the heart of the glasshouse will be your safe haven to unwind, have a glass or share a bottle of French wine. Safely stored in Goguette wine cabinets, the bar will showcase a brilliant selection of all kinds: sunny wines from the Côtes du Rhône Valley in Eastern France, creative Vin de France cuvées, a amazing variety of varietal Pays d’Oc IGP wines from the South of France, the perfect seafood match Picpoul de Pinet AOP from Ormarine in the heartland of Occitania, top-notch Côtes de Provence PDO Cru Classé AOP from the iconic Château Sainte Roseline, and the chicest Champagne from Maison Taittinger.
🎶 ... And every evening, it will most definitely be the place to let your hair down, dancing to the wild Parisian vibes of French twin brothers musical duo The Wills, whose DJ sets (7-9.30pm) are now legendary at the Festival.
