Festive Stuffed Brie de Meaux

Our unique twist on the classic festive truffled Brie, blending creamy Brie with sweet dried fruits and crunchy nuts for a sophisticated treat. Finished with a drizzle of honey, this centrepiece brings a fresh, indulgent flavour to any holiday gathering.

Ingrédients Pour

  • Brie
    Brie de Meaux AOP
  • 3 tbsp
  • 3 chopped
  • 4 chopped
  • 1 handful
  • Grenoble Walnuts and Périgord Walnuts
    Noix de Grenoble et du Périgord AOP
    1 handful (toasted and chopped) Voir la fiche
  • PDO Vosges Pine Honey
    Miel de Sapin des Vosges AOP

Préparation

Prepare the Filling:  In a small bowl, combine the mascarpone, dried apricots, dried figs, hazelnuts, walnuts, a pinch of salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly.

Fill the Brie: Gently open the cheese wedge and spoon the filling into the centre.

Infuse: Place the filled Brie in a sealed container and leave it in the fridge to infuse for at least 2 hours, or overnight if possible.

Serve: Take the Brie out of the fridge an hour before serving to let it reach room temperature, then drizzle with honey just before enjoying.
