Spread out a piece of plastic wrap, divide the boiled chestnuts, and wrap them with about 20g of marron paste. Do not knead the marron paste, but use its original consistency.

Spread about 20g of koshi-an (sweet red bean paste) and wrap it round.

Shape into a chestnut with the tip slightly pointed.

Put a poppy seed on the butt (opposite the pointed end) and you're done!
