  • Champagne
    Champagne PDO
  • 10 cl
  • 10 cl
  • 15 cl
  • 125 g

Preparation

The day before or 2 hours before serving, pour the raspberries, cane sugar syrup, Cointreau, and lemon juice into a bowl. Close and chill.

At the time of serving, pour about 3-5 cl (2-3 tbsp) of the mixture into the bottom of a glass and pour chilled champagne over it. Decorate with fresh raspberries and a sprig of thyme.
