In a salad bowl, mix together the fromage blanc and vanilla-flavored sugar.

Divide into 4 verrines.

Add 2 tbsp Vosges pine honey to each verrine.

Shell the walnuts and remove the halves. Crumble the walnuts on top of the verrines. Add the redberries and serve.
